  • Design and build a basic map
  • Implement movement controls on player
  • Implement basic enemies

Thought process regarding the player dash

For the dash do I want a blink or a speed increase. Thinking blink as its cooler to teleport around the screen but might be a bit broken as enemies will never catch you. Possible solution would be to add a stamina bar instead of cooldown for the dash. This will also enable the player to spec into their dash with their upgrades if they so wish enabling their chosen playstyle.
